Project Description:
2,700 LF of Underground Utility Tunnel through a 10,000 stundent campus. New street and surface elements required. CMS Co. is on-site CM to provide contract administration for State A/E. Responsible for all contract administration, cost control and supervision. Engineering staff on-site full time for technical support. Directed testing agency for concrete, soils and hydrology tests as required to ensure contract compliance.
