Project Description:
CMS Co. retained by Empire Federal, Livingston, to provide OCR, plan review, on-site representation and City approval for Bozeman Branch Bank expansion. Project involved removal of existing exterior wall systems and doubling the floor area while bank operations continued. New teller drive-up lending platform, employee facilities, as well as complete new site plan configuration.
