Don joined CMS CO. in 1994 as vice-president. As a managing partner, he has been instrumental in the development of CMS CO. as a corporation and is responsible for day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, computer and information systems and legal aspects of the company. Don works as an on-site representative on projects, as well as addressing financial issues on behalf of the firm's clients. Don handles data input for estimating and scheduling systems both for CMS CO. work and owner's projects.

Don has over 30 years of business management experience, which includes not only hands-on construction, but a wide range of cost accounting and project management responsibilities as well.

Don has completed Two MSU Tunnel projects, MSU Gaines Hall and Renne Library Renovations, Chemistry Research and AGBIO Building as Owner's Representative and acted as PM for the turn-key development for East Gallatin Commercial Center in Belgrade MT as well as Boulder Campus renovation for JLDC in Boulder, MT.
