Project Description:
Design-Builder for 9,000 sf low-income apartment buildings for a non-profit group. The design and constructino management of the project was under CMS control throughout. Units were designed and built under budget and in less time than programmed to allow rent up to begin early. Project funded by CDBG & HOME grant with private mortgage for bridge amount.
